Our extensive database and unique electronic contact form will remove the hassle of finding a perfectly matched instructor/school. Alternatively, information and bookings can be acquired via the direct contact numbers listed.

Picture This Scenario:

You want to learn to drive in a particular vehicle, near to your home. You dig out the phone book and start ringing around. The first instructor/school you speak to tells you that they don’t cover your area. You start again. The second company you call tells you that they don’t offer any discounts for 5 lessons or less. You put the phone down and try again. The third company you ring says that although they cover the area you live in and offer discounts on 5 lessons or less, they only train their students in a manual vehicle……. but you want to learn in an automatic vehicle.

And so it goes on……and on……and on.

Our customers and clients deserve a strong policy that guarantees they will be taken care of and our employees need guidelines that they can follow to provide better service.

We believe that in order to achieve our Customer Service goals, we need to follow our Customer Service standards as detailed below:

• Satisfy customer expectations and needs by providing quality products and services.

• Make sure the achievement of customer and client satisfaction is an integral part of our day-to-day activities.

• Make sure that quality is a basic business principle for everything we do.

• Make sure every complaint is taken seriously and seen as an opportunity to improve.

• Acknowledge any complaint within 2 working days and follow up in accordance with our complaints procedure.

• Always be polite, professional and courteous.

• Return any telephone calls within 24 hours (allowing for weekends), or earlier if agreed.

• Action all correspondence within 2 working days of receipt. Where this requires a response, a reply will be communicated by letter, email or telephone, according to the correspondent’s preference.

• Ensure that correspondence sent is professional, appropriate, accurate and grammatically correct.
